Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that this year’s Dussehra celebrations will feature Shastra Puja, with ministers conducting the ritual in the Police Armoury of their respective districts.
Yadav will personally perform Shastra Puja in Maheshwar, the historic capital of Lokmata Ahilya Devi, as a tribute to the strength and power of women. Additionally, he shared that the upcoming Cabinet meeting on October 5 will take place in Sangrampur, Damoh district, honoring Rani Durgavati, as Sangrampur was her capital. Dr. Yadav addressing the Cabinet meeting held at Mantralaya, which began with the recitation of Vande Mataram under his leadership.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav was handed over a certificate related to the Vinoba CM Rise School of Ratlam for being included in the top three finalists in the innovation category of the World’s Best School Award-2024. Before the Cabinet meeting in Mantralaya, the certificate was handed over to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Minister Shri Chaitanya Kashyap.
Nomination process for soybean procurement to begin in the state
Chief Minister Yadav said that the process of nomination for soybean procurement is starting in the state. All ministers and public representatives should ensure the nomination of as many farmers as possible. Get quality soybean at a support price.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the next Regional Industry Conclave will take place in Sagar on September 27. Following this, similar conclaves will be held in Rewa, Narmadapuram and Shahdol by December 2024. He highlighted the positive response from the recent roadshow in Kolkata and the discussions with industrialists and investors, which are expected to bring investments of around Rs 20,000 crore to the state, creating over 10,000 jobs. Sixteen major industrial groups have expressed interest in establishing units in the state, including a cement plant by the Birla Group in Badnagar (Ujjain). Efforts are also underway to promote traditional industries in the region.
Efforts Underway for 14-foldv Growth in Renewable Energy Sector Over the Next Two Years
Chief Minister Yadav said that there has been a 14-time increase in the field of renewable energy in the state in the last 12 years. There is a possibility of 14 times growth in this direction in the next two years for which the implementation of the action plan laid down in the state is being ensured. Under Gramonnayan Abhiyan, Ayushman, LPG, Mobile Medical Unit, Skill Development, Home Stay, Rural electrification, Telecom activity, and other works are being implemented in villages with a population of less than 500 in 259 blocks of 51 districts of tribal areas. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the beneficiaries of the schemes and programs being implemented for development and public welfare should be directly introduced and communicated with the villagers.
