The caravan of Mainiya Samman Yatra reached Boram in East Singhbhum district on Friday. Minister of Women, Child Development and Social Security Department Baby Devi, Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department Deepika Pandey Singh, MLA Savita Mahato, MLA Mangal Kalindi, MLA Kalpana Murmu Soren participated in the program.

In the program organized on the occasion of Mainiya Samman Yatra, Baby Devi said that Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana could come on the ground only due to the efficient leadership and determination of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

“The Chief Minister took a pledge to give respect to the daughters, mothers, sisters of Jharkhand and today by implementing Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana, Rs 12000 is being given every year in their accounts. If all of you stand with the Chief Minister with such strength, then in the coming days no one can stop half the population of Jharkhand from moving forward," she said.

Deepika Pandey Singh said that wherever we are going in Jharkhand under the Mainiya Samman Yatra, we are getting immense support from all the women. "Your enthusiasm and zeal is giving us the strength to move forward. She said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, our government has worked to give equal rights to women at every level, whether it is in the field of education, health or employment. Our government is providing loans to women for employment and business. Our government is working towards making women financially strong. The amount of Rs 1000 received by the daughters, mothers and sisters of Jharkhand between 18 to 50 years of age under the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Mainiya Samman Yojana has helped them financially," she said.

The Agriculture Minister said that some are saying that they will be able to pay the tuition fees of their children, while some will be able to recharge their mobiles. They will be able to fill the form for the competition. She said that this amount is encouraging women that now they too can become self-reliant. She said that just yesterday our government has waived off the loan of farmers up to two lakh rupees and sent Rs 400 crore to their accounts.

Kalpana Murmu Soren said that for the first time in Jharkhand, a Chief Minister has taken an initiative towards the respect of the women of Jharkhand and making them self-reliant. "Today, Rs 1000 is coming every month in the accounts of daughters, mothers and sisters of Jharkhand. If anyone is doing the work of sending money to the account, then it is your son, Dada Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The amount received every month is not going to stop. Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Mainiyaan Samman Yojana will also strengthen the family, because if there are more daughters, sisters, daughters-in-law in a family, this amount will keep increasing in their family," she said.

Kalpana Soren said that thousands of women have come today in the Mainiyaan Samman Yatra. Through the Yatra, we are working to connect lakhs of women of Jharkhand. We are moving forward with your love and blessings. The land of Jharkhand is the land of revolutionaries. We salute all those martyred revolutionaries of Jharkhand," she said.
