Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and Chairperson, Parliamentary Committee on Welfare of OBCs, Ganesh Singh, reviewed CMPDI at its HQs, Ranchi on Saturday. CMD, CMPDI; Manoj Kumar, Director (Tech./P&D) Ajay Kumar; Director (Tech./Eng.Services) Satish Jha; GM(TS/PR) Sanjay Kumar Dubey; GM (UMD/CED)/CMPDIs OBC Liaison officer Pramod Kumar; Backward Class (OBC) Coal Employees welfare Association representatives and other Sr.officals were present during to meeting.
CMPDI through a presentation briefly explained the services offered by CMPDI to the Coal & mineral sector. In the said presentation, focus was also given on the various measures taken by CMPDI for the welfare of OBCs.
Singh appreciated CMPDI for its technical prowess and for various welfare measures being implemented at CMPDI for OBCs. Singh also issued certain directives to be implemented at CMPDI. Queries raised were also addressed.
Earlier, on his arrival at CMPDI, Singh visited the Earth Science Museum also.
