The Business Excellence department organized a case study and model presentation for the Director-In-Charge Quality Circle Trophy at the Learning and Development wing. The event was attended by the Chief Guest, Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (HR & Additional Charge Operations).
A total of 55 teams participated in this mega event, including 35 Quality Circle teams, 15 Lean Quality Circle teams, and 5 Lean Safety Circle teams from various departments across the plant. The teams presented innovative solutions and addressed various challenges through their completed projects. Rajan Prasad inspected each model, offering valuable suggestions and encouraging participants to bring more projects in the future.
Colorful models from various Quality Circle teams were also showcased during the presentations. The program was coordinated by Senior Managers of the Business Excellence department, Sagarika Sahoo, and Devyani Chakraborty.
