Bokaro, September 21, 2024: As part of the ongoing 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign, Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) held a 'Swachhata Run' today, starting from Gandhi Chowk and concluding at Ispat Bhavan. The event aimed to showcase BSL’s commitment to a cleaner India and raise public awareness about cleanliness.
The 'Swachhata Run' was flagged off by BSL’s Director In-Charge, Birendra Kumar Tiwari, who also administered the Swachhata pledge to all participants before the run. Participants included Executive Director (Projects & Additional Charge, Material Management) C.R. Mahapatra, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) Suresh Rangani, Executive Director (Human Resources & Additional Charge, Works) Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (Mines) Jaydeep Dasgupta, Chief of BGH B.B. Karunamay, along with senior officials, CISF personnel, cadets from the SAIL Football Academy, students from DAV-Ispat School, and nursing students from BGH.
