Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) conducted a "Rubaroo" interaction program today for 25 management trainees from its Mines and Collieries Division. The event, held in the Learning & Development Department, was graced by Director In-Charge B.K. Tiwari, who played a central role in the proceedings.
The program was also attended by key figures such as Chief General Manager (L&D) Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (Technical) Laxmi Das, General Manager (L&D) Neeta Ba, and Deputy General Manager (L&D) Rajesh Kumar. The event commenced with a warm welcome by Senior Manager (L&D) Preeti.
During the session, B.K. Tiwari led the participants in taking a safety pledge, emphasizing the importance of safety in all operations. The management trainees were introduced and then briefed on SAIL's future expansion and modernization plans. Tiwari also presented each trainee with a copy of Dr. Spencer Johnson’s book, "Who Moved My Cheese?", underscoring the importance of adaptability and change in a dynamic industry like steel.
In his address, DIC Tiwari emphasized the significance of continuous learning and adaptability, stating, "In an ever-evolving industry like ours, staying ahead requires a commitment to learning and embracing change. The book I’ve handed you today is a tool to help you navigate those changes effectively."
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by General Manager (L&D) Neeta Ba.
