On September 27, a dialogue program titled " Nai Soch nai Disha" was successfully organized at the main auditorium of the Learning and Development Center of BSL's Human Resource Department. The event brought together the plant's senior management and steelworkers.

The program was attended by several senior officials, including B.K. Tiwari, Director-in-Charge of BSL, C.R. Mahapatra, Executive Director (Projects and additional charge of Materials Management), Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (Human Resources and additional charge of Operations)Jaydeep Dasgupta, Executive Director (Mines), and Dr. B.B. Karunamay, Chief Medical Officer in charge of BGH.

The event began with DIC Tiwari leading the steelworkers in taking a safety pledge. As part of the program,  Monika from the Public Relations Department and  Seema from the L & D Center delivered presentations, providing the latest updates on BSL’s production, productivity, achievements, and the overall steel industry landscape.

In his address, Tiwari urged everyone to foster a positive and innovative mindset. He emphasized the importance of full dedication and commitment to the plant's progress, with the goal of making SAIL the top performer in the industry. He also highlighted BSL's ability to remain competitive and improve its performance levels amidst the rapidly changing steel industry.

The program also included discussions on production, productivity, financial performance, safety, and innovation. During the interactive session, participants shared suggestions on improving work processes and other relevant topics with senior officials.
