The delegation of the Bokaro Steel Workers' Union met with the Director-in-Charge B.K Tiwari of the Bokaro Steel Plant. In recognition of the plant’s good production levels and profits, Union requested a bonus of 60,000 for permanent employees before the upcoming Durga Puja festival. Additionally, they demanded a bonus payment of 20,000 for contract workers. Along with these demands, several other important issues were also discussed.
The meeting was attended by Union President Kamal Dubey, Joint General Secretary Dinanath Pandey, Gopal Thakur, Vice President Jagdish Pandey, Sanjay Kumar Thakur, Santosh Kumar Singh, Merajuddin Ansari, Santosh Rai, and Praveen Pandey.
