A total of 105 ACTT and OCTT trainees have joined at the Human Resources Learning and Development Centre of Bokaro Steel Plant. The three-week local induction training program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a safety pledge.

The event was graced by Executive Director (HR & Additional Charge of Works) Rajan Prasad as the chief guest, along with Chief General Manager (Services) Anil Kumar, Chief General Manager (HR) Hari Mohan Jha, and General Manager (Learning & Development) Neeta Ba. After completing the three-week training, the trainees will be appointed to various positions within the Bokaro Steel Plant.

In her welcome address, General Manager (Learning & Development)  Neeta Ba congratulated the trainees on their achievement and extended a warm welcome to the Bokaro Steel Plant.

ED (HR)  Rajan Prasad, in his keynote address, wished the trainees a bright future and emphasized the significance of Bokaro Steel Plant in the steel industry. He encouraged them to adopt a culture of safety and discipline to contribute to the continuous growth of the plant. He also highlighted the competitive measures taken by the plant in the current steel market.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Deputy General Manager (Learning & Development)  Rajesh Kumar, who congratulated the trainees and wished them success in their careers at Bokaro Steel Plant. The event was conducted by S.N. Mishra, Junior Officer (Learning & Development). The employees of the New Trainee Cell in the Learning & Development Department played a significant role in making the event a success.
