Special Judge Rashmi Mishra has given this decision in a 4 year old case. The accused was charged of kidnapping a minor and assaulting her sexually. The court has also sentenced the accused to a fine of Rs 5,000.

In March 2019, the victim's parents had lodged a complaint at Bilkhiriya police station. The family had told the police that an unknown youth had kidnapped their daughter. Investigation revealed that the girl was kidnapped by Veeru, who lives in the neighbourhood.
