Srivastava appointed POWERGRID Director
New Delhi: Naveen Srivastava has been appointed as Director (Operations) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna CPSE under Ministry of Power, Government of India.Prior to his joining as Director (Operations), he worked as Executive Director (NR-III) handling challenging and flagship works & delivered results consistently in dynamic business environment.
PSPCL detects 1,108 cases of thefts
Patiala: Under directions of Power Minister Punjab Harbhajan Singh ETO, a mass checking drive was conducted in five zones of Punjab State Electricity Board (PSPCL), to check cases of theft, unauthorised use of electricity (UUE) and unauthorised extension of load (UE) and others on Saturday.
Freight loading over NF Railway increases
Maligaon: NF Railway is working dedicatedly round the clock to serve its customer and ensure essential commodities reach end users in time. For that NFR, is constantly progressing in freight loading. During July 2024, 0.913million tonnesof loading was registered of various commodities. This is an increase of 23.2 per cent in comparison with the same period of the last year.
