New images of the magnificent Shri Ram Lala temple, which is currently under construction within the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, were unveiled on Friday, offering a glimpse of the remarkable progress made in this sacred project.
The first image showcases the main entrance to the Garbhagriha (sanctum sanctorum) on the ground floor, displaying a beautifully crafted door adorned with the Vishnu lotus splendor symbol. Exquisitely designed depictions of Gods and Goddesses are seen in the Gaja Pranam posture, adding to the temple’s grandeur. The door’s impressive dimensions boast a width of approximately 10 feet and a height of 15 feet, and it is currently in the installation and testing phase, meticulously crafted from teak wood.
The second image highlights Singh Dwar, where the construction work involving marble stone is rapidly progressing in its entryway.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra general secretary Champat Rai shared these captivating images on social media.
With just three months left until the Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav, scheduled for January 2024, the upcoming month will be dedicated to embellishing temples and roads, ensuring an awe-inspiring experience for devotees.
Preparations are in full swing throughout Ayodhya to accommodate the devotees who will converge for the Pran Pratistha.
Furthermore, four distinct paths namely Ram Path, Bhakti Path, Dharma Path and Nyaya Path are set to be completed by December. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path is already open for devotees, while the first phase of Ram Path, from Naya Ghat to Udaya intersection, is scheduled for completion by October.
Significant strides have been made in the construction of Ram Path, with one side of the road from Ranopali to Beniganj already paved with asphalt. The consecration of Ram Lalla is planned for January 22, and this momentous occasion is expected to draw around 10 thousand guests and over two lakh Ram devotees to Ayodhya.
