Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that now people will not have to visit government offices for their works. The first phase of Mukhya Mantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan was launched in the state from September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which the officials went from village-to-village, ward-to-ward to offer services to the public and connected the eligible people with government schemes. During this, the names of 83 lakh new beneficiaries were added to various schemes in the state.
Chouhan said that the second phase of Mukhya Mantri Janseva Abhiyan is starting from today. Officers and people’s representatives will go from village to village and do public work. Camps will be organized in every panchayat of the entire state from May 16 to 31. Pending complaints of CM Helpline will also be resolved.
Chouhan attended the Mukhya Mantri Ladli Bahna Sammelan at Jobat in Alirajpur district today. He formally launched the Mukhya Mantri Janseva Abhiyan 2.0. Along with this, he also performed bhoomi-pujan and dedication of development works costing Rs 332 crore. He also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries of various schemes.
The Chief Minister said that Mukhya Mantri Ladli Bahna Yojana has been started to change the lives of the sisters of the state. In this scheme, Rs 1000 rupees will be deposited in the accounts of women on the 10th of every month. Along with this, the amount of old age pension will also be increased to Rs.1000. Now both the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law will get Rs.1000 per month. The poor farmer husband will also be given Rs. 10 thousand in a year from Kisan Samman Nidhi and Kisan-Kalyan Yojana. The government is providing free ration, houses, medicines to the poor. Plots are being given to the poor to build houses under the Mukhya Mantri Bhu-Awasiya Adhikar Yojana.
Chouhan said that the government is making arrangements for children’s education, their higher education and after that, their employment. The government is paying the fees for medical, engineering etc. The recruitment process for one lakh government posts will be completed in the state by August 15. Educated youth will be given Rs. 8,000 per month under the Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Kamai Yojana. To start their self-employment, they will be given loans ranging from Rs. one lakh to Rs. 50 lakh under the Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana, which will be guaranteed by the government.
Chouhan said that to solve the water problem in Alirajpur district, Narmada water will be brought from Alirajpur to Jobat. The area is developing rapidly. Recently 22 roads, 12 barrages and 5 CM Rise Schools have been constructed in the district. Chief Minister Chouhan approved an amount of Rs 2 crore for the development of Jobat Municipality. He also announced to name Jobat Civil Hospital after Amar Shaheed Chheetu Kirar. He said that the old Panchayat building office and premises would be developed as a sports complex.

Chouhan reached village Ringol in Alirajpur district and paid tributes by garlanding the statue of late freedom fighter Parthi Bhai.
