India is set to become a $5 trillion economy soon under PM Modi’s leadership: Khattar

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided economic strength to the country, due to which soon our country is set to join the $5 Trillion economy club. This is getting materialized due to strenuous efforts and great reforms done under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.

 

Khattar, during a programme organized at New Anaj Mandi, Sonepat, highlighted the achievements of the Central and State Government. “The country today has the largest youth population in the world. Here 60 percent of the population is of the age group between 15 and 35 years. The government is paying special attention to the education and skill development of the youth. Our youth settled abroad are also contributing to the economy to a great extent. Indian doctors have the largest strength across the globe,” he added.

 

Discussing the Haryana Government’s achievements, the Chief Minister said that today, the exports of the state have doubled. Haryana has a 50 percent share in the automobile sector, and it is on the top in GST collection.

 

He said that the present government has laid special emphasis on promotion of industrial growth, due to which employment opportunities have exponentially increased. “Along with development works, facilities have also expanded in the state. Best services are being provided to the citizens under ease of living. People are receiving the benefits of welfare service at their doorstep through the ease of a click,” he said.

 

Khattar added that twelve-and-a-half lakh new ration cards have been made in Haryana. “Mutation will be ensured within 10 days of registration. Now, within 10 days after the registration of the land, the papers etc would be prepared and reach directly to the concerned person's house,” he said.

 

He added that by extension to Ayushman Yojana through Chirayu Yojana, about 29 lakh people have been given its benefits in the state.
