Under the direction of Dhar Superintendent of Police  Manoj Kumar Singh, cyber cell team took major action regarding illegal gas refilling.

Illegal gas refilling business caught red handed by cyber cell and police station Sardarpur on the spot.

The accused used to do illegal gas refilling business near Tejaji Rajasthani Hotel located on Indore-Ahmedabad highway under Sardarpur police station area. Commercial gas tanks were being filled illegally by HPCL gas tanker driver Jaipal. Police seized Rs 5,31,000 including 1 gas tanker, 4 filled and 15 empty, total 19 commercial gas tanks with gas refilling equipment, 5 mobile phones from the possession of 05 accused.

 Superintendent of Police, Dhar,  Manoj Kumar Singh, along with all the SDOPs and police station incharges of the Dhar district, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police, Dr. Inderjit Singh Bakalwar, to arrest the gang involved in illegal business like illegal gas refilling, bio diesel, illegal weapons, weapon manufacturing etc.

Cyber branch in-charge Bherusingh Deora has been directed to take appropriate action.  on the basis of information received by Superintendent of Police Dhar Manoj Kumar Singh, the cyber cell team of Dhar Police, taking joint action with police station Sardarpur, raided on the illegal activities in village Phulgawadi near Tejaji Rajasthani Hotel located on Indore-Ahmedabad Highway.

Five accused were caught red-handed while doing gas refilling business and crime number 410/23, section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and section 285 was registered against them at police station Sardarpur and taken up for investigation.

The Name and address of the arrested accused are Jaipal Singh father Mahendra Singh caste Sikh age 35 years resident Patar Mohalla district Ashoknagar (Gas tanker driver), Sanjay father Subhash caste Jat age 27 years resident village Khareli police station Sardarpur district Dhar , Santosh father Mohan caste Rajput age 29 years resident village Khareli police station Sardarpur district Dhar, Gajendra father Kanji caste Jat age 35 years resident village Khareli police station Sardarpur district Dhar, Dinesh father Sardar caste Rajput age 27 years resident village Khareli police station Sardarpur district Dhar.

One gas tanker number MP 04 HE 4210 worth Rs 5,00,000 was recovered from the possession of accused Jaipal.

Total quantity: 1 gas tanker, 4 filled gas tanks, 15 empty gas tanks along with gas extraction equipment worth Rs 5,31,000, 2 full gas tanks, 10 empty gas tanks, gas extraction equipment - 01 pipe hose, nozzle worth Rs 20,500 were recovered from the possession of accused Sanjay.

Two full gas tanks, 5 empty gas tanks worth Rs 10,500 were recovered from the possession of accused Santosh.
