A camp was organized in Balak Mandir Higher Secondary School, run by Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Mahila Mandal, with the aim of making students aware about health.
In the camp organized under the joint aegis of MP Power Management Company and Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Mahila Mandal, the expert doctors, urging the students to be aware of their health, were given many fine tips which by putting them into practice, the students can easily study along with this & also pay attention to their health.
Experts told how along with studies, eating on time, exercise, yoga and sports help in maintaining good health. The doctors also shared their views on the need for adequate sleep for the students. Minimal use of junk food along with mobile is also helpful in staying healthy.
The doctors also told the students the need to study comfortably without the stress of studies. On this occasion, MP Power Management Company's CGM Rajeev Gupta and Deputy General Manager Alok Srivastava,President of Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Mahila Mandal Dr Anjana Tiwari, Pratibha Pani, Rashmi Srivastava along with Doctors of MP Power Management company Hospital, Dr. SK Verma Dr. Sameer Jain, Dr. Pankaj Verma, Dr. Sarita Badlani, School Principal Shashikiran Srivastava and other staff and students were present.
