Under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Professor (Col) Sita Prasad Tiwari of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry College organized a huge farmers training seminar, veterinary camp animal fair in village Anjarada development block Pati district Barwani Dairy and Animal Husbandry Minister Prem Singh Patel was present as chief guest.
The Minister honored the experts who performed their duties in the Big Animal Fair, Veterinary Camp and Seminar by giving them Shawls and Shrifal, in which Prof. SP Tiwari, Dr. Mahendra Singh, Dr. Sunil Nayak, Dr. BP Shukla, Dr. SK Mahajan, Dr. Hemant Mehta, Dr. Deepak Gangil, Dr. Jain, Dr. Nanavati.
Vice-Chancellor said in his address that animal husbandry is the only business on which there is neither fear of weather nor falling of the market, so if you do animal husbandry scientifically, you can get a lot of profit.
Dairy and Animal Husbandry Minister Prem Singh Patel, said that according to the spirit of the Chief Minister, the benefits of government schemes should reach the people at the end, in the same sequence, this huge farmers' training seminar has been organized.
District Panchayat President Balwant Singh Patel and Dr. Mahendra Singh, member of University Management Board, addressed the animal parents in the said program. Dr. B.P. Shukla, Dean of the college said that Veterinary and Animal Husbandry College Mhow keeps on organizing various extension activities from time to time for the cattle rearers.
