In 16 districts of the Bhopal, Gwalior, Narmadapuram and Chambal divisions under the jurisdiction of Central Region Power Distribution Company (Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company), 16 thousand 416 complaints related to electricity were resolved under the Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan. In this, 6724 complaints of Bhopal region and 9692 complaints of Gwalior region have been resolved.
Complaints related to electricity bill, non-generation of online bill, non-appearance of bill payment, wrong reading, new electricity connection and other complaints were redressed by organising camps under the Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan from May 10 to 23.
Central Region Power Distribution Company has informed that along with ensuring uninterrupted and quality power supply to electricity consumers, it is the priority of the company to provide better consumer services.
In this sequence, the complaints received in the Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan 2.0, being conducted in the state, have been resolved by the company within the time-limit for better governance and quick redressal of the problems of the common people.
