A conference of deputy chief engineers and executive engineers of rail electrification projects was held at Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE) headquarters here on Wednesday. The progress of engineering works in all projects located in every corner of the country was reviewed.
The conference was presided over by Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Principal Chief Engineer (PCE)/CORE and directed the officers of Engineering department to work in a planned manner to achieve the target of FY 2023-24.
Addressing the conference, the chief guest, Pramod Kumar, General Manager/ CORE/Prayagraj, directed to speed up the civil engineering works related to rail electrification works so that the rail electrification works going on in various sections are completed within the stipulated time. He heartily congratulated all the officials who came from the project for the highest railway electrification of 4,767 route kilometers in the year 2022-23.
Prominent among those present included Anupam Singhal, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), PK Singh, Chief Signal and Telecom Engineer (CSTE)/Project, VK Garg, Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), Vinay Ambade, Principal Chief Material Manager (PCMM), Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer.
