Jahangirabad police have booked a fraudster who cheated Rs 67000 in the name of providing mobile phones at low rates on Olx to the victim; the fraudster duped the victim by posting an advertisement of mobile phone on OLX website.

The police said that Rizwan of Jahangirabad had posted an ad on OLX to sell his phone. This fraudster spotted an advertisement on OLX and made a copy of it and put it again on OLX, on which the price of the mobile was shown to be low priced. Apart from this, the fraud had also posted his phone number in this advertisement. Faraj saw this advertisement and called to buy the phone.
The fraud lured Rizwan that he would buy his phone at a higher price and told Faraj that he would sell the phone at low price.
