The Model Degree Government College being built at a cost of around Rs 20 crore in Firozpur Jhirka, Nuh district will soon be constructed. About 5 acres of land will be transferred to the Higher Education Department for the construction of this college. Presiding over a meeting in Chandigarh, the Chief Secretary said that under the Aspirational District Programme, projects related to health and nutrition, education, agriculture and water resources, financial inclusion and heavy development and basic infrastructure in Nuh should also be completed in a time-bound manner.
