Ruling party in the State Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), on Thursday, once again attacked the main opposition party in the State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its Godda MP, Nishikant Dubey for spreading false messages on social media platforms.
Addressing a press meet at the party headquarter in the State Capital JMM General Secretary and Spokesperson, Supriyo Bhattacharya once again severely criticized Dubey for circulating a message from social media platform Twitter, which pertains to a report of Hindi daily, which was published in 2018. He said Dubey tagged a Hindi daily’s report in which it said that during the Hemant Soren Government, banned religious outfit PFI members bought 10,000 acres of land acquired by Muslim boys by wedding with tribal girls.
Bhattacharya said that it was a report of 2018 but Dubey tagged it now and blamed the incumbent Government. Why are they adding the former Government’s wrongdoing with the present Government. They are adding every incident with PFI then with whom they will tag with the case of Pauri in Uttarakhand, in which a BJP leader’s relative was arrested for killing a girl, he added.
“Leader of BJP are completely frustrated by the decisions of the State Government in public interest. During the season of festivals they are trying to circulate confusion in people’s minds. They are saying Rs 1,000 crore scam in sand and ballast in one district in two years only then they should clarify the last 15 years of their tenure how much they amassed through iron and coal ore. When ED is clearly saying that the minerals loot was started in the previous Raghubar Das Government then how they are blaming the incumbent Chief Minister for the loot,” said Bhattacharya.
The party Spokesperson asked till 2019, how many cases were registered under mining loot and from 2020-23 how many cases registered under mining loot. “It is only to malign the image of the State Government, which is the Government of people and doing every work in the people’s interest. The social platform should also take the matter seriously that such kinds of people only misusing it. Social media should boycott such kinds of people,” he added.
