On the occasion of World Heart Day which is observed on September 29, the Datia unit of Indian Medical Association provided cardiac health services in the new OPD. During this, a total of 61 patients were examined for health.

The patient should immediately lie down and should be taken health center as soon as possible where there is a facility of BP, and blood sugar measuring machine and ECG, if defect is detected patient's examination, immediately consult the available .
Dr Hemant Jain on this occasion said heart should be beating 50 to 100 times in a minute, normal blood pressure range is 90/60 to 129/89, someone in family has a heart disease, then you are also at risk, because 40 percent of heart disease is hereditary, diabetics are four times more at risk of heart disease, not getting enough sleep, live under stress, consume alcohol and tobacco, suffering from obesity, then need to be careful.
Dr Hemant Jain advised the patients to walk five kilometers daily, consume less salt, sugar, and oil in food, avoid consuming more fruits and salads, sprouted grains, tobacco and products made from them and avoid alcohol.
