During field visit by SDM Mhow Akshat Jain, it was found that Muroom was being mined and transported on the land in Ambachandan village area. On checking the spot, it was found that murroom was being mined on the land with Poklane machine and 7 dumpers were standing, out of which 3 were full of muram and the process of filling in the remaining dumper was in process.
Land owner Kanhaiyalal and transporters Munnalal Patel and Sumit Yadav were present on the site. They had permission for mining but did not have e-transit permit for transportation. The permits which were presented by them had expired a week ago, after which they were doing illegal transportation of Muram in Simrol area continuously for the last one week.
Therefore, all the dumpers were confiscated and handed over to the police station Kishanganj. Soon, after inspecting the confiscated Muram by the Mineral Department, criminal action is taken against the accused and the fir was registered against all the three accused under ipc section 379. During the proceedings, the team of Additional Tehsildar Simrol Anand Malviya, Revenue Department and Police Station Kishanganj were present on the spot.
This is the second major action of illegal mineral transport in Mhow tehsil area this month. Earlier, action was taken for illegal sand transportation and purchase in village Manpur, in which a fine of about 10 lakh was imposed on the 10 dumpers confiscated involved in illegal sand mining and storage.
