The Friendship football match was organized by the NSS unit in GM College, Ichak.Three teams of the college participated in this friendship match.The first match was played between the class 11th and 12th students.In which class 12th students won.The second match was played with the winning team and the team of paramedical students, in which Paramedical players won.The purpose of this friendship competition is to select the best players and participate in the district and state level competitions.
About the match, College in-charge Pankaj Kumar said that GM College has been working to improve the students in the field of education as well as entertainment through such sports and cultural programs.Our aim is to make the students proud in studies as well as in sports.This football game keeps the body and mind fit and healthy.This game teaches us the importance of leadership and unity.Teacher Ajay Oraon and teacher Ashish Kumar Pandey made their important contribution in the role of referee in the match and the best players were selected.Teachers Ratnesh Kumar Rana, Deepak Prasad, Riyaz Ahmed, Ajit Hansda, Sangam Kumari, Gayatri Sharma, Vinod Kumar Mehta, Rajkumar Sinha, Krishna Kumar Mehta, Sanjay Prajapati, Sunita Toppo, Lalita Devi contributed immensely in making this program a success.
