The DAV School of Business Management here organised ‘DSBM GENESIS 2K22-A State Level Management Event’ on November 26 where young participants from different higher secondary schools across Odisha participated in sub-events like Business Quiz, Ad Mad Show, Paper Presentation and Moot Court. The objective was to provide an ideal and exemplary platform for the young minds to ignite, ideate and develop analytical skills as well as demonstrate their knowledge & ability.
The inaugural session was attended by Odisha Labour Commissioner Dr N Thirumala Naik as chief guest. He highlighted the significance of ethics and moral values to stay grounded to one’s roots.
Odisha Mining Corporation Executive Director (F&E) Sudhanshu Sekhar Khora was chief guest at the valedictory session.
DSBM President MM Panda, Regional Director, DAV Institutions, Odisha Dr KC Satapathy and Principal, DAV Public School, Unit-8 Ipsita Das also spoke.
DSBM Principal Dr DN Mishra educated the youngsters about three sustainable strategies – adopting the balance score card model, continuous value addition to their career profile and connecting dots to learn and grow to face adverse situations that students face now-a-days.
