In view of the counting of votes to be held on Today after the third and fourth phase of elections under the three-tier Panchayat general election, on Monday, District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Nancy Sahay along with Superintendent of Police Manoj Ratan Chothe inspected the counting center built in the market committee.

It is noteworthy that after the third and fourth phase of elections, today the counting of votes will start from 8:00 am.Today the fate of the candidates will be decided, 3268 candidates against 2030 posts of Gram Panchayat members, 794 candidates against 204 posts of Panchayat Samiti members, 1214 candidates against 170 posts of headman and 158 candidates against 20 posts of Zilla Parishad. Today the decision will take place. During this inspection, Superintendent of Police Manoj Ratan Chothe, Deputy Development Commissioner Prerna Dixit, Additional Collector Rakesh Roshan, District Transport Officer Vinod Kumar, District Panchayati Raj Officer Sunil Kumar Singh, district and block level officers, police officers and others were present.
