A 28-year-old youth died on Sunday after his bike rammed into a parked tractor near Manikhedi under Gunga police station area; youth was on his way to Manikhedi.
Police said that the deceased, Mukesh Nath , failed to spot the parked tractor and was taken to hospital where he died during treatment. The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
The deceased was on his way to his in-law’s house and met accident at around 6 in the evening. In the accident he sustained severe injuries in his head which caused his death. Police have started investigation and would take action against the tractor driver who parked it with negligence over road.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old man died in a road accident after his bike was hit by a another speeding bike near Aredi village Ayodhya Nagar police station area on Sunday.
Police said that the injured was taken to hospital where he was declared dead. The deceased was identified as Vikram Lodhi who was on his way to work when his bike was hit by a speeding bike.After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem.
