Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the Yagya of development has started again in Madhya Pradesh. Many plans have been made for the development of the State, more will be made if needed. We will create a prosperous and developed Madhya Pradesh. Today we held a meeting for the development of Sagar. Not only Sagar, development of the entire state will be ensured.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing a state-level programme organised for the transfer of benefits worth Rs 400 crore by single click to 20 lakh farmers of the state under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana near the sports complex of Sagar. The Chief Minister said that Rs 400 crore will be deposited in February and March in accounts of farmers. On this occasion, Chief Minister performed bhoomi-pujan and dedicated works of Rs 430 crore.
Public Works, Cottage and Gramodyog Minister Gopal Bhargav, Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh, Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput, Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel, Animal Husbandry Minister Premsingh Patel, MP Raj Bahadur Singh, former MP Laxminarayan Yadav, Sagar MLA Shailendra Jain, Narayavali MLA Pradeep Laria, Bina MLA Mahesh Rai and other public representatives were on stage in the programme.
Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and started work of depositing Rs 6,000 each to farmers accounts.
The then government did not send the list of farmers to the Centre. Soon after coming to power we sent a list of 78 lakh farmers to the government and it was decided that additional Rs 4,000 should be added to the accounts of the farmers in two installments.
The government has not made any discrimination in deposting money in farmers accounts. Whether the farmer has half-acre land or one acre, Rs 10,000 is being deposited in the accounts of all the farmers in both schemes in a year.
He said that despite financial stringency in the Corona period, Rs 85,000 crore was deposited the accounts of farmers and other beneficiaries under different schemes.
Chouhan said that farmers should not worry. The government will repay the burden of interest on their heads during the loan waiver.
Sambal Yojana is strength of the poor, Chief Minister Chouhan said that Sambal Yojana is the strength of the poor. The previous government discontinued it.We restarted it.
Chouhan said that the government will pay the medical-engineering fees of students under Sambal Yojana.
The Chief Minister said that an amount of Rs 4,000 will be deposited in the accounts of pregnant women before delivery and Rs 12,000 post delivery. The Chief Minister said that under Sambal Yojana, assistance of Rs 2 lakh has been started on natural death and Rs 4 lakh in case of accidental death.
