Vaccination started at Bokaro General Hospital

Vaccination of the COVID19 vaccine began for physicians and health workers working at Bokaro, the only Covid hospital in Bokaro which played a significant role in the fight against COVID19. On this occasion, Amarendu Prakash, Director in-charge of BSL and Dr. AK Singh, Executive Director (Medical and Health Services) and other preferred doctors and personnel of Bokaro General Hospital were present.

In this vaccination campaign, more than 1000 doctors and health workers working in Bokaro General Hospital will be given the vaccine of Covishield. On the first day of vaccination, about 80 doctors and health workers were given the vaccine.

It is noteworthy that during the corona infection, all the serious patients were treated at BGH's Covid Care Center. From the very early days of the Corona epidemic, the doctors and personnel of Bokaro General Hospital played an important role in the war with Corona and even today, BGH patients are getting better treatment.
