Movement of several trains will be affected under Chakradharpur division in view of non-interlocking work at Jharsuguda passenger yard in connection with the third line work and signalling work in South Eastern Railway. The traffic will be disrupted for four days.
SER has issued notification to cancel several trains. As per the orders, the 18106 Puri-Rourkela Express leaving Puri from December 2 to 5 will remain cancelled. The 08167 Rourkela-Jharsuguda Passenger Special leaving Rourkela from December 2 to December 5 will remain cancelled. The 08168 Jharsuguda-Rourkela Passenger Special leaving Jharsuguda will also remain cancelled between December 2 and 5.
The 18107 Rourkela-Jagdalpur Intercity Express leaving Rourkela will be cancelled from December 2 and December 5. The 18108 Jagdalpur-Rourkela Intercity Express leaving Jagdalpur between December 2 and 5 will also remain cancelled. The 18105 Rourkela-Puri Express leaving Rourkela between December 2 and 5 will remain cancelled.
The 08861 Gondia-Jharsuguda Passenger Special leaving Gondia will be short terminated at Bilaspur between December 2 and 5.
Therefore, train services between Bilaspur and Jharsuguda will remain cancelled. The 18175 Hatia-Jharsuguda MEMU leaving Hatia from will be short terminated at Rourkela between December 2 and 5.
Therefore, services between Rourkela -Jharsuguda will remain cancelled. The 08862 Jharsuguda-Gondia Passenger Special will shortly originate from Bilaspur from December 3 to December 6.
Trains between Jharsuguda and Bilaspur will remain cancelled. The 18176 Jharsuguda-Hatia MEMU will shortly originate from Rourkela between December 2 and December 5. Therefore, services of the train between Jharsuguda and Rourkela will remain cancelled.
