Valuable suggestions were received from MPs regarding rail development and increase in passenger amenities and others during a high level meeting was held with the MPs and the representatives of the MPs.
It may be noted that during the last four days that is from Monday to Thursday, 19 MPs and 12 MPs of East Central Railway (ECR) jurisdiction in Patna, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Divisional Headquarters and Dhanbad Divisional Headquarters by General Manager, ECR, Anupam Sharma.
A meeting of the 'Divisional Parliamentary Committee' of Dhanbad Division was organized under the chairmanship of MP of Dhanbad, Pashupati Nath Singh in the auditorium of Dhanbad Divisional Headquarters. In this meeting, representatives of six MPs and six MPs of Dhanbad Divisional Jurisdiction participated.On this occasion, along with Sharma, Divisional Railway Manager of Dhanbad Division, Ashish Bansal along with other Heads of Headquarters and Dhanbad Division were present.In today's meeting, MP Rajya Sabha, Ajay Pratap Singh, MP Giridih, Chandra Prakash Choudhary, MP Palamu, Vishnu Dayal Ram, MP Gaya, Vijay Kumar, MP Chatra, Sunil Kumar Singh were present. In the meeting, Union Minister of State for Education and MP Koderma, Annapurna Devi’s representative Ranjit Singh, MP Robertsganj, Pakori Lal Kol and representative of MP Rajya Sabha, Ram Shakal, Krishna Gautam, MP Hazaribagh, Jayant Sinha’s representative Jitendra Kumar Jain, MP Rajya Sabha, Sameer Oraon's representative Chandrashekhar Singh, MP Rajya Sabha, Mahesh Poddar's representative, Chandrashekhar Agrawal and MP Rajya Sabha Dheeraj Prasad Sahu's representative Sukher Bhagat were present. .
Earlier, at the beginning of the meeting, Sharma welcomed the MP and the MP's representatives. In his welcome address, he apprised the MPs and MP’s representatives about the work done by Dhanbad Division in the field of passenger convenience.
After the end of the meeting, the General Manager while expressing his gratitude for the valuable suggestions received from the MPs said that this suggestion will prove to be very helpful for us in deciding the roadmap of railway development works in future.
