Mansi Sudhir Singh of Madhya Pradesh Shooting Academy continues to perform brilliantly in the 64th National Rifle Shooting Championship-2021.
State's Gautami Bhanot and Aashi Chokse are also in the race for the title. Finals of 10m Air Rifle Women, Junior and Youth categories will be played in the championship on Tuesday.
The championship is being organized under the joint aegis of Sports and Youth Welfare Department and National Rifle Association of India at MP Shooting Academy from November 25 to December 10. The 10 and 50 meters events are being played in the championship.
Mansi has secured the third position in the 10m rifle junior women's category. Mansi has secured 3rd rank with 627 marks. Pahuni Pawar of Karnataka is leading in this category with 627.70 marks. On the other hand, Tamil Nadu's R. Narmada Nitin is on the second rank with 627.50 marks. In the same category, Gautami Bhanot of MP is struggling at the ninth position with 624.80 points. Ashi Chokse of MP is on 18th rank with 622.70 marks.Mansi has retained the fourth position in the 10m rifle women's category. He has 627 marks. In this category, Delhi's Rajshree Anil Kumar Sancheti remains on top with 628.90 marks. In the same category, Madhya Pradesh's Gautami Bhanot is ranked 10th with 624.80 marks, Harsha Chauhan is 20th with 623.10 marks and Ashi Choukse is 23rd with 622.70 marks.In the 10m Rifle Youth Women's category, Gautami Bhanot of MP is in fifth place with 624.80 points.
