Ranchi Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Ananya Mittal conducted a review meeting regarding the ongoing vaccination process at the various centres in the State capital on Saturday.
Civil Surgeon Ranchi and other concerned officials deputed for the vaccination process were present for the meeting.
In the meeting the DDC directed the officials to monitor the entire vaccination process. Mittal also had discussions with concerned officials regarding the vaccination of health care workers and field level workers.
The DDC directed that beneficiaries for vaccination should be given timely information through SMS and stated that in this regard the number of vaccination centres has also been increased in Ranchi.
Civil Surgeon Ranchi VB Prasad informed that vaccination centres have been made in 14 blocks of the district. After the pulse Polio campaign all these centres will be used for the immunization process.
