The Chhattisgarh government on Thursday issued a new posting for Govindram Churendra (IAS, 2003) as Divisional Commissioner in Surguja region.
The General Administration Department said Churendra, now the Bastar Commissioner, is being appointed the Surguja Commissioner.
On December 21, Jineviva Kindo, a 2004 batch officer posted as Divisional Commissioner in Surguja region, was posted as Secretary in the State Secretariat here. She is to retire on December 31.
