The Second Director Incharge Trophy for Young Manager Competition was organized at Human Resource Development Center of BSL. In the competition, five teams of young managers of BSL presented their presentation to the jury members on “BSL-2030: The Roadmap and Vision” .ED (Personnel and Administration) Sameer Swarup, Former Director (Personnel) Hindustan Copper Limited Anupam Anand, CGM (Hot Strip Mills) Alok Verma and CGM (HRD) Niranjan Kumar as members of the jury in the program were present.
In the competition, the team of Senior Manager (C&IT) Chandan Kumar, Deputy Manager (Material Management) Sharad Piyush and Deputy Manager (Material Management) Tanu Priya became the winner. The team of DGM (I&A) R Krishna and AGM (I&A) HK Pal stood second. AGM (CRM-3) CS Kumar, AGM (Coke Oven) Lalit Mohan and Senior Manager (HRD) Amit Anand stood third.
These three teams selected in the competition will be rewarded by the Director-in-Charge. Trophies, certificates and cash prizes will also be given to the winning teams.
The program was coordinated by the General Manager (HRD) Neeta Ba and the Senior Manager (HRD) DK Singh.
