A dialogue program "Rubaru" was organised by the Human Resource Development Department of BSL through the online portal Zoom on the topic "Profitability". A total of 41 personnel from various departments participated in the program. During the program, the personnel shared their suggestions with the Director-in-charge Amarendu Prakash through online medium.
Addressing the participants, Prakash said that if we take proper care of these three things safety, quality and health, then production, productivity and profitability are certain to be met automatically. DIC also said that work is being done on online administration of all services related to the city administration, Bokaro General Hospital and the plant. He announced the "Best Employee of the Month" award scheme for personnel working at Bokaro Steel Plant under which employees for initiatives in areas related to methodology improvement, innovation, profitability, cost reduction, safe practices, automation and digitization etc. Will be rewarded.
