RSS head Mohan Bhagwat will inaugurate 'Kala Sankul' (campus), a modern complex for art and culture where artists from across the nation will showcase their talent, on April 2 here at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg.
Kala Sankul, an art and culture activity complex dedicated to showcasing a number of genres including art, literature, and theater in an integrated format and will be extensively promoted, according to an RSS press statement.
The Kala Sankul , under 'Sanskar Bharti', is designed with many amenities for the art and culture field, including a rich library equipped with art and culture books, an art gallery, auditorium, studio, and conference rooms encompassed in a single complex. ‘Kala Sankul' will be positioned as the most renowned and major center of art and culture, said the press statement.
Sanskar Bharati is a cultural organization, which is "committed and devoted to try and implant national values in the folk lives through the traditional, classical, folk, and modern arts of India", it said .
"Even in the era of massive advancement in art and culture, Sanskar Bharati has been implementing an irrevocable mantra 'Sa Kala Ya Vimuktaye' which has been continuous since the past four decades and to give a concrete shape to these objectives, 'Kala Sankul' is being established", said the statement
