Indore divisional commissioner Pavan Kumar Sharma presided over the “Collectors Conference” which was conducted through video conferencing. Indore zone I G Yogesh Deshmukh, DIG Indore Harinarayan Chari Mishra, Upper Commissioner Rajni Singh all Collectors, S P and CEO of zila panchayat were present.
Commissioner Pavan Sharma reviewed the revenue cases district vise and instructed all the collectors that all the revenue cases should be disposed on time and also the revenue cases pending for 5 months should be disposed till January. All the cases related to the public problems like C M helpline and public service guarantee should be disposed on time.
Commissioner Pavan Sharma instructed that after the disposal of the cases the details should be immediately registered in the revenue records and in maps. People of all the districts should be encouraged to wear mask. Commissioner Sharma also instructed to carry on the action against the criminals and also the people who are involved in adulterated sale of food, seeds and fertilizers items in more effective way.
In this conference I G Yogesh Deshmukh told all the superintendent of police and the administrative officers should jointly inspect their respective areas and to make the information system more effective. Immediate action should be taken against even small incidents. No public gathering should be organized without the permission of administration.
