Prannoy Khare bags silver medal in Junior National Equestrian Competition final

Prannoy Khare of State Equestrian Academy bagged a silver medal on the final day Junior National Equestrian Competition. The competition was played at the Army Polo Ground in Delhi.

Prannoy Khare won a silver medal to Madhya Pradesh at the Cross Country event in a brilliant performance. Academy player Bholu Parmar earned the title of Junior National Champion in the group-1 category of the competition. He was awarded the trophy for Best Raider. In the competition, a total of 14 medals have been awarded to Madhya Pradesh by the academy players including 4 gold, 6 silver and 4 bronze.

Bholu Parmar became the national champion in his category by winning 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals in the competition. He won the Best Raider Award for his great performance in the competition on his horse Rakfilar.

Minister of Sports and Youth Welfare Yashodhara Raje Scindia congratulated the medal-winning players, expressing happiness over the brilliant performance made by the academy's players in the junior national equestrian competition. Describing this success achieved by the academy players as a major achievement in the Junior National Equestrian Competition held in Delhi after the Corona period, she said that we are proud of our players. Notably, in the two-kilometre cross country individual event, academy's talented horseman Prannoy Khare, while performing on his Ashwala Harliken, gave Madhya Pradesh a silver medal. With this, a total of 14 medals have been awarded by the academy players to Madhya Pradesh in the competition which includes four gold, six silver and four bronze medals.

Director Sports and Youth Welfare Pawan Jain appreciated the performance of the academy players in the Junior National Equestrian Competition and said that high-level training and sports facilities are being provided to the players through Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy. The result of this is that the players of the academy are performing excellently and are continuously increasing the value of the state by winning medals.

In the Junior National Equestrian Competition, 14 players including 9 boys and 5 girls of Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy participated and won medals under the guidance of Captain Bhagirath, the chief instructor of the academy.
