Habibganj police have nabbed three miscreants planning burglary and recovered two sharp-edged weapons and iron rods from their possession near underbridge in the night on Tuesday. Police said that acting on a tip off three miscreants were nabbed and when they were quizzed they confessed that they were planning burglary. On the receipt of the information three police teams were formed and raided the spot where the three were planning.

In the initial investigation the nabbed accused were identified as Aziz alias Ajju, Sehtaj and Waseem of Karond. The crime record of the three would be searched. A motorbike was also recovered from their possession which was used for crimes. Ajju and Sehtaj are watch list criminal of Nishatpura police and have been booked for several crime records.

The accused confessed that they were planning to target a house in the area and were nabbed before committing burglary. After the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 401 of the IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. Meanwhile, Piplani police have nabbed drug peddler and recovered drugs worth    Rs 20,000 from his possession on Tuesday near Bima hospital.

Acting on a tip off drug peddler was nabbed near Bima hospital who was identified as Rahul Shrivastava and was found roaming at around 1 in the night. He was carrying Canabis worth 20000.  Police said that the details of procurement and delivery of the drugs would be probed in the further investigation.
