There is good news for train passengers of the State Capital, Ranchi Rail Division of South-Eastern Railway (SER) has stated in an official communique that in view of the extra rush of passengers, the special period of the festival special trains has been extended. Now, these trains will run till December 30.
According to latest information provided by the railways, train number 02835, Hatia-Yeshwantpur, weekly Festival Special train will run from Hatia every Tuesday till December 30. Train number 02836, Yesvantpur-Hatia Weekly, Festival Special train will run from Yesvantpur every Friday till December 30. These trains will have two SLR, 15 second class sleeper class coaches, four air-conditioned 3-tier coaches, one air-conditioned 2-tier coach out of total 22 coaches.
At the same time, train number 02812, Hatia-Lokmanya Tilak Terminal, Weekly Festival Special train will also run from Hatia every Friday till December 30. Train number 02811, Lokmanya Tilak Terminal-Hatia, Weekly Festival Special train will run from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus every Sunday. These trains will have a total of 22 coaches including two coaches of generator vehicles, four general class coaches, seven second class sleeper coaches, six air-conditioned 3-tier coaches, two air-conditioned 2-tier coaches, one kitchen van coach.
Train number 08626, Hatia-Purnia Court Festival Special train will run daily from Hatia. Whereas, train number 08625, Purnia Court-Hatia Festival Special train will run from Purnia Court daily till December 30.
