The business organisations of Athagarh town in a joint meeting on Monday decided to shut down Athagarh town for two days from Tuesday and hold partial shutdown henceforth till further notice as Covid-19 positive cases and death rate were highly increasing here.
After the decision was unanimously taken by almost all the executive members of different market committees, they intimated it to the local administration and police and declared it through mike to aware people regarding the same.
Recently some owners of the business firms here irrespective of their age were seen dying of Corona in regular intervals. For the reason, the traders suo moto decided to shut down the market fully for Tuesday and Wednesday.
