As many as 17 people, including four kids of Chatniambagh Tola in Saram area were discharged from the Adarsh Pitts Modern school Quarantine Center at Gomia on Wednesday of the Bermo Subdivision, 35 km from Bokaro district in presence of Sub divisional Officer, Bermo Nitish Kumar Singh.
Bermo, Sub-Divisional officer said that suspicious people were quarantined in view of the spread of Corona virus in Saram. These people have been discharged after checking their health of the 14-day quarantine period and following the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner of Bokaro, when the second investigation report found negative.
Ration kits, children's entertainment kits, face masks were also distributed to all those who were discharged by Om Prakash Mandal, a senior officer deputed by Gomia's Zonal Officer.
Asked in this regard, Sub-Divisional Officer Nitish Kumar Singh said that they have been released after thermal screening and health checkup. All these people have left happily for their home in healthy condition. However, they are still instructed to stay home quarantined for a period of 14 days.
Gomia Police Circle Inspector Sujit Kumar, Doctor of Gomiya Health Center, Dr. H Barla and IEL Police Officer-in-charge Srishidhar Mahato Sadbal were present on the occasion.
