Members of the Utkal Sammilani celebrated the 172nd birth anniversary of Utkalgaurab Madhusudan Das online in view of the lockdown restrictions.
Sammilani general secretary Dr Radhanath Praharaj said the phrase “Patha Padhiba, Ghoda Chadhiba, Madhubabu Sange Ladhiba’ (Let’s read, ride and fight with Madhubabu) still memorises the past glory of Odias. Er Jitendra Padhi and other termed Madhubahu as Bharatgaurab. Sammilani president Basant Kumar Tripathy presiding over the meeting prayed to Lord Jagannath to save the Humanity from the Covid-19 impact.
