‘Ensure JEE, NEET examinees’ safety’

Monday, 31 August 2020 | PNS | BHUBANESWAR

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday appealed to the MLAs to ensure safety of the JEE and NEET examinees in the State.

“We now have less than 48 hours for the exams. Children are the future of our country and State. Their safety is our responsibility. The State Government has made arrangements for free transportation and accommodation so that they can take the exams well. Do your best to ensure that children in your areas take the tests at their convenience,” Patnaik told the legislators.

He also advised the MLAs to help the flood-affected people. The State Government would provide all possible assistance to alleviate the sufferings of the flood-affected people, he said.
