Rajasthan Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora said the contractors are continuing to buy the properties of the housing board in Malmas.
This Wednesday the auction sold 246 properties in the fest e-bid submission and Apni Shop-Apna Business Scheme, resulting in a revenue of Rs 34 crore 50 lakh to the board.
He said that the residential and commercial properties of the Board remained the center of attraction for the people even in this era of Malmas and Covid-49 epidemic. This Wednesday sold 224 residential properties and 25 commercial properties.
Shri Arora said that 32 properties were sold in Jaipur Circle First, Second and Third, due to which the Board got revenue of 6 crore 67 lakhs, Jodhpur Circle First and Second, 50 properties were sold in which the board got revenue of 6 crore 64 lakh rupees, 29 properties were sold in Kota circle, which got revenue of 4 crore 82 lakh rupees, 88 properties in Bikaner circle, which gave the board 8 crore 45 lakh rupees.
Revenue of Rs. 24 crore was sold in Udaipur circle, due to which the board got revenue of Rs. 4 crore 68 lakh and 23 properties in Alwar circle, giving revenue of Rs. 3 crore 24 lakh.
