Welcoming leaders of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari said that we are ‘ordinary Chowkidars’ but the greatest Chowkidar is the person who works 18 hours for us.
Taking a jibe at the Aam AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal, Tiwari said, "Chief Minister of Delhi says that we divide the people but joining the BJP by these people shows that BJP unites people."
Notably, on Saturday, president of Uttrakhand Pravasiye Sangh Delhi, Rakesh Singh Rawat, Balbir Singh from Congress Party, Pramod Sachdeva who had contested Assembly Election on BSP ticket joined BJP at Delhi BJP State office Pandit Pant Marg.
"I am happy that the trust of the people is increasing in BJP due to the influence of the policy of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas by PM Modi. The Chief Minister of Delhi says that we divide the people but joining the BJP by these people shows that BJP unites people," said the BJP leader and Member of Parliament (MP) from North East constituency.
After joining the party, Rakesh Singh, said that he is impressed nationalistic ideology of PM Modi, I have today joined BJP. The way Opposition parties are opposing the nationalistic ideology of BJP exposes their real character before the people."
