Minister for Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Arif Aqueel inaugurated the online complaint and assistance portal in Madhya Pradesh Waqf Board. On this occasion, Aqueel said that this portal will play a vital role in resolving problems related to waqf. He said that with this facility, problems related to waqf will be resolved speedily. This will also increase public confidence in the board. He said that this is a beginning. As per the requirement, necessary improvements and expansion will be done in the portal. Aqueel said that review of complaints will be made every month.
It was informed that for the redressal of complaints of common man and beneficiaries, facility of filing online and offline complaints has been made available. With this, common citizens can register their complaints from their place on the online portal itself and can also see the progress-report of the complaint. The head office of Madhya Pradesh Waqf Board is located in the state capital Bhopal.
The office bearers related to the waqf of all the districts of the state and general public had to come here to get their problems resolved, which was causing loss of money and time.
Keeping this in view, online and offline complaints and help centre have been set up to solve small and big complaints of those who are connected to Waqf through the board.
This has been set up with the purpose, not only to remove the problems of those who are related to the Waqf but also to fix the responsibility of employees of the Waqf Board.
At the outset, Minister Aqueel inaugurated the Help Desk at the Board's office. After this, he inaugurated the portal by clicking on it. The City Qazi Syed Mushtaq Ali, Naib Qazi Babar Hussain, Naib Mufti Raees Ahmed Kasmi, Qazi Jaseem Dad, Hafiz Sirajul Hasan Mujidaddi, Board Administrator Nisar Ahmed, CEO Mohammad Ahmed Khan, Chairman Masajid Committee Abdul Hafeez, Secretary Shri Mohammad Salman, Shahnawaz Hussain, Members of Masajid Committee and State Hajj Committee Aamir Aqueel and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
