The fourth and last phase of polls concluded peacefully here on Monday. However, voting at some booths was delayed for one to two hours due to technical glitches.
According to information, polling continued smoothly up to 6 pm in almost all booths. Drinking water, rest shed, separate booths for women voters and waiting shed for women with toys for kids were provisioned at model booths.
While the exact figure of polling in the Paradip Assembly constituency was yet to be known, it was believed that more than 60-per cent polling recorded by evening.
